I have been with Securus Contact Systems for years. They usually take care of business, but I CANNOT recommend them. If you ever really need them for something urgent, you will NOT get any help. My business number was recently spoofed, and we were innondated with call after call for about 30 minutes. I tried several times to call and seek help, but each time, I got the same old, "we're too freaking busy to help you right now". Unfortunately, it's the same bs for years. Now, Signpost has taken over. Difference in customer service??? I don't think so! Still crappy service! I wished I had never decided to do business with them. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company
